What we collect
When you send a travel request or contact message, we collect the information you give us:
- Your name, email address, phone number, nationality and city.
- Trip details: route, dates, cabin, travellers, budget and preferences.
- Passport status and any notes you add to the request.
- Your preferred contact method and your consent to be contacted.
Our server records limited technical information — an IP address and browser user-agent — to prevent spam and misuse. We do not collect card numbers or passport scans through this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a written quote.
- To check flight, visa and hotel requirements for the trip you describe.
- To arrange the services you approve, sharing only the details needed with airlines, embassies, hotels, insurers or transfer providers.
- To keep business records and meet legal or tax obligations.
- To protect the website from spam, fraud and misuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary with the suppliers involved in your trip, and with the providers that host our website and deliver our email. They are expected to use it only for that purpose.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry does not become a booking, we keep it for up to 12 months so we can continue the conversation if you return. Booking and financial records are kept for as long as the law and our accountants require. You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner, subject to records we must keep.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. The travel request form saves a draft in your browser’s local storage so your answers survive a reload. That draft stays in your browser until you submit or clear your data. Links to Google Maps are external and governed by Google’s privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to confirm what personal information we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email info@wakaflight.com. We may need to verify your identity first and may keep records where the law requires it.
Security
Access to enquiries is limited to staff who need it, correspondence sits in a password-protected mailbox, and the website software is kept up to date. No system is perfectly secure; please do not send card numbers or passport scans by ordinary email unless we have given you a secure method.

If our handling of personal information changes, we will update this page and its review date. The latest version applies.
